  • The role of a Year 10 form tutor and how she has learnt to read the body language of her students
  • How the school uses learning mentors to help improve attendance and give students a sense of belonging
  • An insight into the operation of the peer mentoring scheme, in which Year 10 students are trained to help Year 7 pupils through the transition phase of school life
